Refund & Return Policy

At ARMR, we strive to provide high-quality fragrances and a great customer experience. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

 

  • Returns & Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is incorrect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery

 

  • Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for

Used or opened products

Items returned without original packaging

  • Return Shipping

In case of returns due to reasons other than damaged or incorrect products, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will take responsibility for the return shipping.

  • Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

  • Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

At the moment, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available due to shipping limitations.

All orders must be prepaid through the available payment methods on our website.
